Welcome to the Peer to Peer e-learning platform where you will find learning resources for promoting and managing active ageing. The topics have been derived directly from expressed wishes and needs of the seniors, and have already been verified in Face to face educational program. Therefore:

- if you are a senior and you want to know more about active ageing: you will find useful information and activities to remain active, and
- if you are a trainer, a tutor, or a facilitator: you will find tips and suggestions for implementing active ageing courses with seniors.
